 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 Booking your Event

A written confirmation by email or post  must be received, together with an address and full contact details. Arrangements must be finalised six weeks in advance, an estimate will be prepared and full payment will be required 30 days before the event. Final numbers must reach Le Frog Catering at least 30 days in advance; this number will be charged in full, or greater if numbers increase. For numbers less than 50 guests, a £400 or 20% deposit will be required at the time of booking whichever is the greatest, and for 50 plus, a £700 or 20% whichever is the greatest deposit will be required. The timing & location of the event must be agreed with Le Frog Catering at the time of booking. Credit terms are not available for weddings & Private events

 

Cancellation and significant changes

Any cancellation, postponement or significant changes in arrangements must be confirmed in writing by email or post. Deposits are non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs within one month of the date, the client shall be liable for 100% of the anticipated Event Cost booked -. If the cancellation occurs within 2 to 6 months, 60% will be charged, and if within 7 to 12 months, 30%. If the anticipated numbers decrease significantly, Le Frog reserves the right to charge the client an additional Service Charge.
