Our Paella, Bouillabaisse & Big Pans are cooked in front of your guests by our experienced chefs and includes- condiments, paper plates, napkins, plastic cutlery, chef and chefs assistant.

Prices are for a minimum of 50 guests. A surcharge may apply for numbers below 50 guests.

Malaysian Rendang: A rich and tasty curry made from a hand blended paste of chilli, galangal, garlic, ginger, shallots and spices simmered in coconut cream

Madras: A traditional fairly hot curry from the Madras region of India

Rogan: A tasty and fairly hot curry made with fresh ingredients and topped with fried tomatoes

Korma: A mild creamy curry finished with coconut

Mild and Fruity Curry: Our own chefs special curry made with fresh banana and topped with pineapple

Thai Green Curry: Thai curry made from a hand blended paste of green chilli, shallots, lemon grass, garlic, ginger and spices cooked in coconut milk, palm sugar and fresh coriander

Thai Red Curry: Thai curry made from a hand blended paste of red chilli, shallots, lemon grass, garlic, ginger and spices cooked in coconut milk, palm sugar and fresh coriander

Chilli and Tamarind Curry: A spicy, sweet and sour curry infused with palm sugar, tamarind pulp and chilli jam
