Fully catered event includes, all food, delivery,onsite preparation staff, chefs, front of house team, crockery & cutlery. (Linen & Glassware available at additional charge).
Our team is also happy to serve your own drink for you to enjoy the day assle free ( additional charge may apply).
We will hold a Provisional booking for you for up to 14 days, to secure a booking we would require a 20 % deposit non-refundable deposit off-set against your final invoice.
Wedding Booking will require a 20% or £ 500.00 non-refundable deposit whichever is the highest to secure your preferred date.
Within 8 weeks of booking we will require written confirmation of your location, number of attending guests, event time & preferred menu at which point we will send you a estimate for your event based on your requirements, a booking confirmation & catering agreement. ( To be signed & returned )
3 Months prior to the event we will require you to confirm in writing your final menu choice, as well as any specific dietary requirements. A site visit will also be required in order to confirm that our team is able to cater for your event in accordance with local Environmental Health Authorities.
2 Months /8 weeks Prior to the event Final number of attending guests & final confirmation of your menu. After which we will send your final invoice.
6 Weeks Prior to the event Full balance of the event will be due. Final Logistical details to be agreed : Service time, team arrival time etc…
If you would like all the food but not the service we are also able to provide you with our award winning cuisine on a do it yourself basis, from buffet to pinic basket, canapes to ready meals.
