Dear current & Future Guests,
The team at Le Frog would like to remind you if you have an event booked with us or are thinking of using our service in the future.

It is essential that we receive your guests individual order based on a maximum choice of 3 dishes per course from your preferred menu no later than 21 days prior to your event.

In the current climate with shortage of supplies, avian flue, brexit & cost of living crisis, we have found it almost impossible to secure the quantities & most of all the quality ingredients with a shorter lead time that 21 days.

Once we have received your order we will confirm your choices, check the quantities orders as well as any specific dietary requirements your party may have.
You will then be sent the balance remainder for event with any deposit paid off-set against the cost of you final invoice.
Payable 14 days prior to the event.

We will require you to confirm the full postal address for the event, your preferred meal time as well as your contact number for the day. Our team will aim to be with you 1hrs prior to your meal start.

In the eventuality that your order was to be received later than 21days before the event, we may have to reduce the options available or worst case scenario cancel your event.

Please note that until your order has been received, confirmed & the full balance paid the catering for the event is not secured, the deposit only secures the date.
